- Providing targeted small-group or 1:1 support in French and Spanish to enhance student progress

- Supporting classroom management and engagement in Modern Foreign Languages lessons
- Collaborating with subject educators to enrich curriculum delivery and student understanding
French & Spanish Mentor What the School is Looking For
Ideal candidates are proactive compassionate and committed with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn. A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top-30 UK university is required along with demonstrable child-centred experience. Please note applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
French & Spanish Mentor Salary and Contract Info
- General TA / SEN TA roles: 444 per week pro rata term-time only
- Academic Mentor roles: 450530 per week pro rata term-time only
- Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: up to 600 per week pro rata term-time only
- Full-time long-term contract (SeptemberJuly) term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts for successful candidates
