Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Design instructionally sound training programs incorporating principles of the ADDIE model and Gagnes Nine events
- Create training content incorporating the adult learning principles and that appeals to learners with varied learning styles
- Formulates learning objectives; plans designs and developing methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting materials/media (Audio video simulations role-plays etc.)
- Devise modes of assessment such as tests or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Minimum Qualifications: Education Experience Skills Abilities License/Certification:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Postgraduation or degree in HR management business administration technical field or equivalent
- Certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage
