Position: HR Executive
Location: Malappuram
Experience: *Min 2 years of Relevant Experience in End to End HR Activities*
Salary : 28000 Accommodation
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for India operations
* Coordinate with the HR Head (UAE) for manpower planning and approvals.
* Monitor daily employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
* Conduct employee orientation and maintain onboarding documentation.
* Serve as the HR liaison between departments in India and the HR Head in UAE.
* Ensure HR records are up to date and aligned with statutory requirements.
* Provide periodic HR reports (recruitment status attendance summary attrition etc.) tothe HR Head – UAE.
* Track leave requests approvals and ensure compliance with company policy.
