Sr. On-Site Service Specialist
Location: Beaverton OR 97005 (Onsite)
Position Type: Temporary Contractor
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Dress Code: Casual

Position Summary
The Sr. On-Site Service Specialist provides daily operational support for high-volume copy/print services document imaging mail and package distribution and general office equipment maintenance. This role is heavily customer-service focused and requires someone who is proactive organized and comfortable with extensive walking lifting and hands-on tasks.
This position reports to the Site Manager Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager depending on the site structure.
Key Responsibilities
Mail & Package Operations

Sort process and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and packages throughout the campus.

Handle mailroom duties including postage application fax management and supply stocking.

Walk between buildings frequently to complete campus deliveries.
Copy/Print & Document Imaging Services
-
Operate high-volume duplicating equipment printers and scanners.

Perform binding finishing cutting drilling shrink-wrapping stapling and other production tasks.

Operate document imaging systems and related software for digital file handling.

Perform quality checks and ensure accurate job completion.

Generate digital reports for printing and imaging operations.
Customer Support & Front-Office Functions

Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and departments.

Respond to questions regarding job status print feasibility equipment needs and service requests.

Coordinate and document all service calls.
-
May perform receptionist or call-center duties as needed.
Equipment & Facility Support

Perform basic copier maintenance clear jams and report technical issues to service technicians.

Ensure convenience copiers are stocked clean and functioning properly.

Maintain daily meter logs service logs and inventory levels.
-
Support meeting room setups light maintenance tasks and occasional cleaning.
-
Assist with shipping receiving and storage of materials.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of experience in a related field (mailroom print production office services facilities support).

Experience with high-volume copying or imaging equipment preferred.

Valid drivers license may be required (depending on site).
