Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations on assigned sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and relevant security regulations.
Monitor guard deployment shift scheduling and attendance to maintain effective coverage.
Monitor time and attendance to ensure accurate workforce management.
Conduct site inspections and spot checks to ensure operational readiness and discipline.
Report and respond to incidents emergencies and security breaches timeously.
Maintain accurate records of incidents occurrences and daily activity reports.
Ensure access control patrols and surveillance are carried out according to procedure.
Ensure that access control personnel are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Provide guidance coaching and support to security officers under supervision.
Conduct on-the-job training when required to upskill and develop team members.
Liaise with clients and management on security-related issues and provide professional feedback.
Assist in investigations of incidents accidents or breaches of protocol.
Enforce health safety and environmental standards on site.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
