Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in Basildon SS14.
- Monday - Friday
- 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- 13 per hour
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
- Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system
- Managing staff rotas for the site ensuring holiday and sickness is covered
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
- Complete stock management documenting quantities and managing order process for stock
What are we looking for
- Experience managing cleaning teams.
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
