Job Description
Supervises and coordinates the operations maintenance and service repairs of heating ventilating and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts ensuring all work is performed in accordance with specifications standards and established safety guidelines.
Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Successful completion of two (2) years of technical school completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or five (5) years of equivalent education and experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge

Ability to troubleshoot locate and correct HVAC and CNG system failures in a timely manner.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical electrical and structural blueprints drawings and schematics.

Thorough knowledge of Building Automation Systems centrifugal chiller operations boiler operation mini-split units and electric control/heating pump systems.

Basic knowledge of electrical control circuitry and ability to operate tools related to HVAC and building maintenance.
