What will you be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated technology leader over the Liquid AI Configuration Engineering and Client Success team. You would own the development deployment and scaling of the configuration platform as well as client success for Emiri our Liquid AI-driven natural language tool.
Youll work closely with product engineering commercial leadership and client support teams to own the plan to configure deploy and scale Emiri across all Circana industries markets and datasets globally. Youll play a key role in guiding the team of configuration engineers client success and end users internally and externally through best practices in country and client Emiri deployments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of configuration engineers and client success in building maintaining and evolving the Emiri configuration platform as well as client support processes to support a growing range industries markets and datasets
- Own configuration deployment and client success plan of Emiri across Circana industries markets and datasets globally
- Ensure the configuration platform and prompt templates evolve based on evolving Emiri capabilities
- Establish a playbook of client success processes to drive successful client deployments and end user adoption
- Own voice of customer feedback and coordinate with product and development teams to drive the product enhancement roadmap
- Engage directly with client teams to understand business needs communicate technical concepts clearly
- Partner with the development team to align delivery timelines mitigate risks
Requirements
- Experience leading a global or regional technical team and developing direct reports
- Experience in configuration management technical product operations or client solutions roles
- Deep familiarity with Unify and Unify Report building processes
- Demonstrated ability of developing and driving the roadmap for global technology deployments
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership clients and cross-functional stakeholders both technical and non-technical
- Comfort supporting client-facing interactions
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. OpenAI Claude)
- Familiarity with Jira Confluence or equivalent systems for task tracking and documentation
- Working knowledge of JSON and strong attention to structure and formatting
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling
- 10 years of experience in data analytics and reporting

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $210000 to $240000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
