Are you an experienced leader within Credit Management Finance and Leasing Would you like to be part of driving the development of finance within a global finance company Then this could be the job for you! DLL is now looking for a Credit Manager for our Credit Flow Ticket team. The team members are based inSweden Denmark Finland and Norway. Where Norway is managed by a separate Credit Manager with whom you will work closely. As Credit Manager for Flow Ticket you will:

• Lead the Credit Flow Ticket team consisting of 7 Credit Underwriters in Sweden Finland and Denmark.
• Develop your Team members by actively coaching and monitoring the performance.
• Actively work to improve and develop our score models in line with the macro-economic environment and to prevent fraudulent activities
• Implement strategic initiatives aiming to develop further efficiency improvements within the credit team
• Ensuring that the Credit Flow Team is working within the existing Procedures and Policies of DLL and within the SLAs for the department.
• Be part of the Nordic Management Team for Financial Economic Crime Credit and Collections & Recovery

In this role you will report to the Nordic Head of ACC (AML Credit Collections & Recovery).

Day to day

• Perform individual as well as joint credit decisions with Credit Underwriters for applications that are not fit for automized decisions
• Be active in supporting your Credit Team in all incoming requests making sure decision are responded to in an efficient manner and within the authorized policies.
• Work closely and in alignment with other departments such as Collections & Recovery and Sales
• Report on Risk Control Framework in order to stay compliant with all workflows and processes
• Overlook and monitor our portfolio making sure the Risk Acceptance Criteria are met
• Keep up to date on new Vendor and Partnership and align implementation of new product offerings
• Be part of the relevant Nordic Risk Committees which meet on a regular basis

Essentials

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a bank finance company or other finance institute
• You have a Bachelors degree or higher in Economics Law or another suitable subject
• English language skills required as well as either Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish
• You are able to travel within the Nordic Countries on a regular basis
• Proven ability to assess credit risk and make decisions independently
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines
• Project management experience is a plus
