Whats on offer
Fulton Hogan is now on the look-out for a Leading Hand to join its Coomera Connector Project based in Helensvale QLD (Coomera Connector Stage 1 Central Department of Transport and Main Roads). Youll be a proven leader who can support and motivate site teams ensuring the focus remains on safety quality cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements.
- Scheduling forecasting procurement and management of materials plant personnel and subcontractors.
- Recording daily productivity targets and documenting delays and issues and resolving daily site issues.
- Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures.
