Job Description
Manager People Support
Location: Gold Coast QLD

We are seeking a Manager People Support to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and deliver Kinetics strategic People Plan at a local level. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience by providing practical HR advice managing employee relations and leading training initiatives across the region.
In this role you will:
- Partner with leaders across the region to build an effective engaged workforce.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations performance disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Lead the Training Team to deliver quality learning and development programs.
- Report on people trends and outcomes providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards.
- Foster a workplace culture that reflects Kinetics values of care inclusivity and performance.
What youll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in human resources business psychology or related field.
- Experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive hands-on approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
