What Youll Be Doing:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Providing social and emotional support to clients engaging them in meaningful activities and outings
- Advocating for clients needs and preferences ensuring they receive personalised person-centred care
- Collaborating with the broader care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to client care
- Adhering to all relevant policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Immediate availability must be able to start on Tuesday November 11
- Relevant qualifications in disability support or a related field (minimum Cert III)
- Experience working with clients who have challenging behaviours and mental health conditions
- Proven reliability must be committed to scheduled shifts and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role with a demonstrated commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in peoples lives
- A current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
- Available shifts include: 062200 sleepovers and .

Required Skills:
A minimum completion of a high school or equivalent Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with CRM software and NDIS portals. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work with a diverse client base understanding the different support needs of clients based on their abilities cultural backgrounds and language requirements. Basic care and first aid skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
