Job Summary
We are looking for a new colleague who will support our France sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders
Acknowledge orders for customers provide about any delays of the shipment.
Review and process change requests
Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time
Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations
Process and issue invoices
Look for continuous improvement opportunities maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Who You Are: Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.
For This Role You Will Need:
Proficient knowledge of English and French
University or college degree
Digital literacy are necessary like: Word Excel Outlook
We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions
You gain insight into customer need
You research initiatives and try new approaches
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
