Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing toileting feeding light housekeeping) in home/school setting
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide emotional/behavioral support
Follows plan of care
Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
