Health Services department which includes the Community Health Representatives prevention/education public education and diabetes programs. Plan organize and direct these Health support and health education programs in coordination with the IHS. Provide health promotional services for other health programs. Administer develop monitor and comply with procedures contracts budget management grants and progress toward intended long term plans and goals. Assess community needs for supportive health service. Provide services for substance abuse behavioral health and public health services. Masters degree in Public Health.
Requirements
Three years experience in public health education and health administration. Three years supervisory experience. Valid Oregon drivers license. Not engage in dysfunctional use of alcohol or any other illicit drug use. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to submit and pass a per-employment drug/alcohol screening. MUST HAVE AN OREGON STATE RN (Registered Nurse) LICENSE
