Job Summary
Sioufas & Associates Law Firm a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens Thessaloniki and Patras) and in Romania (Bucharest) is currently looking for a legal collection attorney who would like to join its dynamic motivating and highly skilled team of qualified attorneys at Patras.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of legal and financial parameters of each case
- Telephone or in-person communication with debtors and their legal representatives
- Negotiation to find a sustainable solution
- Drafting of settlements / out-of-court settlement

- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion
- Ability to adjust to a fast pace and continuously evolving environment

Requirements
- Law graduate from a Greek or international university with a recognized qualification
- 2 years of experience in the practice of law with preferred involvement in cases of Law 3869 & Law 4605
- Excellent knowledge of PC usage and Office programs (Word & Excel)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
