JOB SUMMARY

Scope of Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Engineering Lead to support our operations and with their Director maintain the entire multi property facilities including physical building structures all mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing and water management.

The Assistant Director will be heavily involved in key projects relating to Hotel renovations and projects to enhance the sustainability of our buildings. Furthermore they will support on Health & Safety programs for Associate Learning and Hotel Certifications.

Finally the successful candidate will also play an important role in our Customer Experience Management Brand programs operational Standards and ESG vision.

SUPPORTING HOTELS:

Hotel Grande Bretagne & King George the Athens Luxury Collection Compex in the center of Athens

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Hold a Bachelors degree in a related Engineering field (a Masters would be considered an Asset).

Be a registered member of the Greek Technical Chamber of Commerce (T.E.E)

Have 3 to 5 years in a similar role in Hospitality or related sector with proven experience in large capital projects

Have native Greek and proficient English skill

Strong time management and organizational skills ability to meet tight deadlines and handle in parallel demands

Solid analytical reporting and budgeting skills
