What you will do
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finished Goods Operations (FGO) Finance team. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the FGO and divisional teams including Operations Sourcing Supply Planning Project Management and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities experience with cost accounting and reporting processes and a passion for driving financial insights through data visualization and collaboration.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations Sourcing Supply Planning Project Management and Quality teams to support strategic decision-making and financial alignment.
- Lead and support Annual Cost Roll activities including material cost updates and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including key performance indicators forecasts and variance explanations.
- Manage prepaid inventory balances including tracking reconciliation and reporting to ensure accurate financial representation and timely resolution of variances.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of FGO financial dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices to streamline financial reporting and planning activities.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and financial modeling in support of business initiatives and leadership requests.
What you need
Required
- Bachelors degree.
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) HFM and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of effective cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
$69100.00-139600.00 USD Annualsalary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
