Whats the role
Youll be part of the Group Customer Operations team helping turn raw data into real insights. From building datasets to supporting analytics that drive smarter decisions youll work across platforms and collaborate with others to solve problems and improve how we operate. This is a full-time role based in Sydney with flexible work options available.
What do I need
- Solid experience with SQL Python or R and data modelling
- Confidence working with tools like Excel Tableau and Power BI
- A sharp eye for analysing large datasets and spotting what matters
- Curiosity agility and a love for solving complex problems
- Ability to work with others and translate business needs into data solutions
