A Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies which maximise the contribution from key MICE PCO and Corporate accounts and achieve the overall targets in the MICE segments for all Malaysia Hotels. To drive the Malaysia Hotel revenue by penetrating the local market place securing and increasing the productivity of existing accounts and securing new accounts to deliver over our fair market share.
What will I be doing
As Sales Manager you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
