Oivan is seeking a Technical Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading local and/or international software and IT projects. You will be responsible for driving our largest local software development project working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
With your background in Agile Scrum methodologies youll lead the full project lifecyclefrom planning and execution to continuous improvementensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Technical familiarity with microservices and deployment is a strong advantage.
As a Technical Project Manager you will:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope goals and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource requirements
Conduct kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team members
Implement and champion Agile Scrum methodologies for project delivery
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews and Retrospectives
Act as a servant leader removing impediments and fostering collaboration
Allocate and optimize resources considering team strengths and project needs
Work with HR and stakeholders to ensure resource availability
Support the PMO with project facilitation for our Saudi Arabian clients
5 years of project management experience in software development IT services or related fields
(fewer years may be considered if you demonstrate strong competencies)
Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Proven ability to adapt learn and find creative solutions under changing priorities
Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
Familiarity with Jira Confluence dashboards and activity tracking tools
Knowledge of microservices or other frameworks (preferred)
PMP or Agile certifications (PSM I/II or equivalent) are an asset
