About the Position
This position supports the Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator in ensuring compliance and quality of training package products and related materials. This role focuses on day-to-day Quality Assurance activities reviewing documents managing enquiries and maintaining QA systems related to training package development
In addition this role provides operational support to the Training Product Development team by ensuring the effective use of tools and systems contributing to the delivery of high-quality compliant training package products and related materials on time.

This position is offered on an ongoing basis to reflect Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) grant funding period.
All appointees must be willing to obtain a police check and Working with Children Check.
There may be times when it is required to work outside normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends to meet operational and/or stakeholder requirements and dependant on work deliverables the role may be required to undertake travel.
We work according to a hybrid working environment. Your initial location of work is from your home with the expectation to attend in person the organisational meetings office days or equivalent as requested.
