Position: Virtual Assistant (Online Presence Coordinator)
Working Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT
Holidays: US and Local Holiday

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (Online Presence Coordinator) to support our business operations and digital reputation management. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment has great attention to detail and is comfortable using modern productivity and online management tools.
You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring our online presence remains consistent professional and engaging across various platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage emails calendars and scheduling using Google Workspace Zoom Google Meet and Calendly.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Google Drive and Dropbox.
- Create update and track projects in to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and format documents reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide general administrative support including follow-ups and coordination across teams.
Online Presence Management
- Maintain and update business listings across Google Business Profiles Google Maps Apple Maps Yelp Thumbtack and LinkedIn business pages.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all online platforms.
Track listing performance and report insights or recommended improvements.
Creative & Communication Tasks
- Support light content creation and visual updates using Canva (graphics posts templates).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively via Slack ensuring clear task documentation and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace Slack Canva and major online listing platforms.
- Strong understanding of online profile management including Google Business Yelp and LinkedIn.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership initiative and accountability.
- Reliable resourceful and able to work independently in a remote setup.
