Immediate opening for an Operations Support Specialist in the Sidney OH area!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operation Support Specialist to oversee day-to-day operational support including grounds maintenance light janitorial duties andtransportation coordination. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our workplaceremains clean safe and accessible year-round while also supporting employee commuteneeds and transportation logistics such as airport pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds & Facility Maintenance
Mow lawns trim shrubs and maintain the overall appearance of the outdoor
premises.
Perform snow removal including shoveling and salting walkways and parking areas
during winter months.
Monitor and report maintenance needs or hazards around the property.
Office Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness in shared office spaces including lobbies restrooms break
rooms and meeting areas.
Empty trash bins clean surfaces and restock basic supplies as needed.
Coordinate with external cleaning services if required.
Transportation & Logistics
Provide safe and punctual transportation for employee commutes and airport pick ups/drop-offs.
Manage and maintain company vehicle(s) and ensure regular servicing.
Coordinate transportation schedules with staff and maintain trip records.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Proven experience in groundskeeping janitorial work or similar hands-on roles.
Ability to operate basic lawn care and snow removal equipment.
Strong punctuality time management and attention to detail.
Friendly professional demeanor and good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather
conditions.
Flexible schedule including early mornings evenings or weekends if needed
(especially during snow events or flight arrival times).
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks
Must be able to work on call 24/7. Pay ranges from $18-25/hr
