Your Responsibilities
Email & Chat Support (70%)

Assist customers with questions and issues all in writing

Deliver friendly helpful responses in both German and English

Work with modern tools to provide quick accurate solutions
Content Review (30%)

Moderate user-generated content on platforms and marketplaces

Check compliance with community standards and safety policies

Report any harmful or inappropriate material
What You Bring

Native or fluent German (C1 level)

Intermediate English (B2 level) for internal communication and tools

Comfortable with basic software (Excel Word web apps)

No prior experience needed just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Availability to work in rotating shifts including evenings/weekends
