CRM Clinical Associate / Product Support Specialist Philadelphia PA (Field-Based)

Location: Greater Philadelphia with on-call coverage
Role type: Full-time Field-based EP & Cath Lab focus
Compensation: $90000 $110000 base (DOE) monthly bonus eligibility

About the Role

Join a high-impact clinical team supporting cardiac rhythm management (CRM) technologies in hospitals across the Philadelphia area. You ll be the clinical bridge between physicians staff and the commercial team supporting cases programming devices performing battery checks and providing education that keeps patients safe and clinicians confident.

What You ll Do

Provide in-lab case support across the device lifecycle: implantation programming battery checks
Deliver education & training to physicians nurses and lab staff; answer field inquiries from HCPs and patients
Partner with sales representatives to provide technical & clinical expertise during evaluations and follow-ups
Maintain on-call coverage as scheduled; support EP/Cath Lab (and OR as needed)
Document activities accurately and communicate proactively with cross-functional partners

Call Points

Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab (with occasional OR support)

Qualifications

Bachelor s in Biomedical Engineering or related field (or equivalent clinical background)
2 years related experience or graduation from an accredited cardiac training program
Ability to obtain CRM product certification
Solid knowledge of cardiology/EP Cath Lab/OR protocols and cardiac pacing systems
Strong communication poise in the lab and comfort with an on-call field-based schedule
