What Youll Do Day-to-Day:

Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates through strong coaching feedback and support

Manage inventory control systems think cycle counts stock accuracy and smooth rotation

Oversee shipping receiving and fulfillment processes to hit performance goals and SLAs
-
Champion a safety-first culture lead safety trainings and enforce compliance
-
Partner with supply chain teams and clients to streamline layouts and workflows
-
Monitor KPIs and create performance reports for operational insights
-
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and lower operational costs and then make it happen
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Bachelor s degree OR equivalent experience in warehouse/logistics
-
3 years of experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
-
Solid command of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools
-
Proven ability to lead teams juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines
-
Client-focused mindset with strong prioritization skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities you know how to get your message across
-
Forklift certified and well-versed in OSHA safety standards

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a Pharmaceutical Warehouse
-
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement training
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) a big plus for supporting a diverse team

Familiarity with automated warehouse systems or cutting-edge logistics tech
-
Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics
