Must-Have Skills:

Ability to work in refrigerated environments and rotate in/out as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing bending pushing pulling)
Ability to use RF scanners palletize and operate Klever Cutters/tape guns
Ability to follow GMP processes (relabeling repacking inspections serialization)
Ability to read written instructions in English
Willingness to perform any warehouse task as needed

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cooler prep void fill packing and box making
General warehouse cleaning trash pickup and cardboard disposal
Experience assisting with cold chain packaging
Familiarity with warehouse safety and FDA-regulated environments

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Perform GMP services including relabeling repacking inspections and aggregated serialization of products.
Work in refrigerated environments (24 F) rotating in/out with provided PPE.
Complete cooler prep tasks including gel pack placement bubble bag setup and preparing shipping containers.
Use RF scanners palletize shipments offload cartons and perform order fulfillment when needed.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness dispose of cardboard complete line offload and support cold chain packing.
Perform independent tasks within a group setting using cutters/tape guns and follow all site policies safety rules and FDA/CDC guidelines.

Requirements:

Ability to stand bend reach push pull lift up to 50 lbs and work full shifts in refrigerated or varying temperature environments.
Must follow attendance expectations clock-in/out procedures badge control and building entry rules.
Must comply with safety regulations COVID-19 screening mask requirements and hygiene standards.
Ability to follow detailed instructions complete training and perform tasks accurately.
Willingness to complete any warehouse-related duties including trash pickup offloading packages and assisting full-time associates.
