Our fast-paced 1-week Graduate Program is designed to give you hands-on portfolio-ready experience without the long wait.

Time Commitment:

Tasks
- Participate in a 4-day Business Analyst Hackathon designed to simulate real-world BA consulting challenges.
- Work in teams to unpack business problems map processes and design innovative solutions.
- Translate ideas into user stories acceptance criteria and process flows using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with peers mentors and judges to refine deliverables.
Requirements
- Open to recent graduates career-changers and aspiring Business Analysts.
- No formal BA experience required just bring curiosity problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in teams brainstorming and documenting ideas.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Miro or Lucidchart is a plus (but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced challenge environment.
