Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our AI project on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for software development and systems integration building AI-driven solutions that are reliable scalable and high-performing.

Location: candidates must be based in Romania full remote role

Contract: B2B 4 months with extension possible

Rate: 35 EUR/H

Tasks

Design develop and maintain backend applications using and related frameworks.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and other web services.
Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems in close collaboration with other engineers.
Develop APIs and data pipelines to deliver AI model predictions and insights to various applications.
Work with large datasets ensuring efficient data storage retrieval and processing.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering design implementation testing deployment and maintenance.
Write clean well-documented testable code and contribute to best practices for backend development and AI integration.
Support production deployments monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
Contribute to architectural decisions and conduct code reviews to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models in production.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Data Factory Synapse Analytics OpenAI AI Vision).
Proficiency with .
Strong understanding of software engineering principles methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Proactive with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
Strong communication collaboration and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience with AI integrations and large-scale data solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and managing large data volumes.
