Develop custom UI extensions and applications using Redwood UI and VBS.

Review design and manage custom security roles to ensure compliance and proper access controls.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into functional workflows and configurations.

Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement functional enhancements.

Support system testing documentation and training for new features and releases.

Maintain data integrity compliance and secure access models across HCM modules.

Work with Oracle support and IT teams to resolve issues and apply best practices.
Qualifications -
8 10 years in HCM/IT with 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR & Journeys).

Proven experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Strong expertise in security role design workflows and Core HR processes.

Hands-on experience with system integrations data migration and HCM reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher).

Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work in onsite hybrid model (3 days/week).
Preferred Qualifications -
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).

Familiarity with Talent Management Learning Recruiting modules.

Experience with REST APIs Fast Formulas Page Composer and Sandbox.

Knowledge of Redwood UX design principles and employee engagement strategies.
