Job Description
Job Title: AI Developer
Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days/week Local candidates only within 90 minutes of Lansing NO remote-only option
Interview Process: On-site interview required

Job Description: - Experienced in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Scikit-learn) and NLP tools (SpaCy NLTK Hugging Face) for intent recognition entity extraction and conversational AI.
- Skilled in chatbot development using Dialogflow ES/CX Google Assistant SDK RESTful APIs and webhooks across multiple platforms including web mobile and voice.
- Proficient in SQL R Pandas with expertise in large dataset processing preprocessing debugging unit/integration testing and performance monitoring.
- Strong background in cloud technologies (GCP AWS Azure) and OCR solutions (Tesseract Google Vision API AWS Textract) for AI model deployment and document processing.
- Familiar with agile development Git version control and applying conversation design and user experience principles to improve chatbot interactions.
