We are hiring a Scaffolding Inspector / Supervisor for a contract-based role located in Bathinda Punjab. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and supporting project execution through technical and on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Review scaffolding designs and drawings for compliance with safety and project standards.
Define and implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) framework for all types of scaffolding jobs.
Ensure inspection of all erected scaffolding and components as per approved drawings.
Conduct random checks of scaffolding materials at the site to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide on-site training and guidance to contractor workforce on safe scaffolding practices.
Implement and monitor the tagging system at the site for scaffolding status (Green/Red tags).
Maintain necessary documentation including scaffolding drawings and plans for assigned jobs.
Report all Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and track compliance closure.
Submit weekly progress and compliance reports to project stakeholders.
ITI / Diploma / Engineering Graduate in relevant discipline.
Certification in scaffolding safety (STI) preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding inspection or supervision preferably in industrial or refinery environments.
Strong understanding of scaffolding standards safety practices and construction workflows.
Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and technical plans.
