Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new business by presenting our value proposition to decision makers at SMBs and Global 2000 companies.
- Collaborate with experienced mentors to strategize and run enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
- Call on executives at top companies executing thoughtful outreach and relationship-building throughout the sales process.
- Network and meet with decision makers in person (coffee meetings lunches live events) to develop strong client partnerships.
- Consistently generate outbound interest build pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 1 3 years of professional experience in a collaborative data-driven environment.
- Proven outbound sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Confidence in cold outreach to C-level executives and strong phone presence.
- Skilled in CRM usage and web presentation tools.
- Excellent organization multitasking and time management skills.
- Natural relationship-builder with outstanding interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
- Coachable team-oriented and motivated to grow.
- Hungry to take on new responsibilities - fear of complacency.
