Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including primary & secondary transportation and
import logistics.
• Arrange trucks and plan loading based on the daily/weekly delivery plan; ensure real-time tracking
of shipments until final delivery.
• Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines by implementing effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure all logistics activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory
requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update logistics databases and systems to ensure accurate reporting and
data integrity.
• Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations when required to support smooth
supply chain functions.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and customer complaints quickly and professionally to maintain
service standards.
• Liaise with customs brokers freight forwarders and transportation companies for both domestic
and international shipments
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree with 2–4 years of experience in logistics shipping or supply chain operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (proficiency in Hindi and English is a must)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures is an added advantage
