Role Overview
Our client is looking for an exceptional Product Designer to lead their design efforts in South Africa. This is an opportunity to shape how merchants in one of Africas most vibrant economies experience their platform and help build financial infrastructure that drives economic growth.
Our client believes that exceptional design is a competitive advantage. As a Product Designer for South Africa youll combine business strategy user experience and visual design to create intuitive payment experiences that delight our users and solve real problems for African businesses.
Youll collaborate closely with our product managers engineers and business teams to understand the unique needs of South African merchants and create elegant solutions that feel like they were made just for them. Youll also play a crucial role in adapting their existing design system to meet local market needs while maintaining a cohesive experience.

This is a full-time role and youll report directly to the Product Design Lead. The successful candidate will ideally be physically located in South Africa.
