The development team is responsible for the development and operations of the key assets of the business as well as creating new systems. Architecture design creativity innovation and doing things right are important to us.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train new/junior developers into the community of practice(CoP) whilst generally improving and advocating for the CoP
- Understand and implement best practices (GOF Front End SOLID etc)
- Workinthe development team towards the sprint goals
- Deliver excellent code demonstrate mastery in your work
- Work independently or in a team in any domain ofInoxicosexisting applications
- Rolling out enterprise-levelarchitecture acrossall ourproducts.
- Contributing to design and architectural decisions as well as implementing them
- Identifying technical risks and strategies to solve them
- Working closely with other developers CTO Product Owners and Test Analyst
- Provide support to production applications when required.
- Contribute towards dev ceremonies: Sprint Planning; Daily Scrum; Sprint Review; Sprint Retrospective.
- Assist with deployments of new releases every 2 weeks
