The Block HR Specialist team plays an important role in ensuring effective HR management of key people programs and lifecycle activities for employees across all business functions. Our goal is to ensure flawless execution across people programs and deliver a great employee experience across day-to-day HR activities. Block is looking for an HR Specialist on our Global People Operations team to provide operational support to our HR Business Partner (HRBP) this role you will partner closely with HRBPs to drive HR programs and initiatives to completion and will collaborate with cross-functional partners to support projects both within and across business functions. You will report to the HR Specialist Lead.
