Genmab is looking for a Senior Manager of Project Management and Value Realization to join the Data Digital & AI team. This role will be responsible for designing a technology-first approach to drive execution of all digital & AI transformational initiatives in the organization identify potential gaps and risks and work with cross-functional teams to find and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall project management framework and value realization strategies aligned with Genmabs digital and AI vision.
• Establish robust governance structures ensuring rigorous oversight of projects to achieve operational excellence and sustained value.
• Lead cross-functional teams in coordinating complex projects ensuring alignment between data digital and AI initiatives.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects balancing resources and priorities to maximize business impact and ROI.
• Act as a key liaison with senior leadership and business units to communicate progress manage expectations and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies industry best practices and agile methodologies.
• Setup technology foundation for project management and impact tracking.
• Coordinate with functional teams to track status of all on-going digital & AI initiatives to surface program level gaps for resolution.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success value realization and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Lead effective change management processes to support seamless transitions and ensure long-term adoption of new digital and AI solutions.
• Manage a team of 3-5 colleagues; establish a high-performance team culture and efficient team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science information technology business administration life sciences or related field.
• 7 years of experience managing a portfolio of complex projects ideally with strong grounding in IT infrastructure operations and/or security.
• Strong data-first mindset; highly proficient with MS Excel (or similar analytics tools) and comfortable driving insights from data.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and managing complexity in global cross-functional environments.
• Proven record of strategic thinking planning and execution.
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset with experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is a plusbut not required.
• Goal orientation self-motivation and drive to make a positive impact for patients.
