Job Description

KRAs

Key Result AreaActions / DeploymentDriving secondary sales & initiatives for the depot using Opus ID app
Enrolment of contractors & painters on the Birla Opus loyalty program
Painter registration and activationManaging the contractor profile approvals for the depot. Ensuring that non-genuine contractors are identified and blocked in the system.Driving secondary sales for the depot. Managing a team of off-roll employees. Coordination with trade sales & franchisee counterparts & driving secondary sales targets for the depot.Relationship Management with Contractors/ PaintersRelationship Management with 100-150 contractors/ painters in the areaDriving contractor engagement programs by planning meets/events/activations.Coordination with applicators and contractors for training sessions at the painter academiesProduct Training of painters/team etc - Database update.
Evolve the Training Tracker/ Calendar and incorporating training statusContractor/ Painter Mapping Coordination with dealers & contractors for billing/secondary sale & usage of Opus productsTechnical Inspection at customer sites - Dealer complaint handling ( Support for the channel sales teams)Conduct all technical inspection like surface Preparation inspection to painting progress inspection and post painting inspection for fresh and repainting sitesHandling customer complaints in defined TAT as per organization policy. Providing technical support to the trade team for escalated customer complaints.Site Sampling & Implementation of new products Business DevelopmentConcept Testing - Sampling of new products with with painter community for validation. Coordination with Marketing team for sampling & NPD.Planning of shop meets & product meets along with trade team at dealer counters for the new productsBusiness development - Support Sales of ABG products and help convert customer sites for Contractors. Also support in upsell/ cross sellTrackers - Monthly & weekly basisReport of contractor activities and provide feedback on secondary initiatives & schemes.Providing regular updates on the competition activities initiatives and schemes in the depot.
