Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic clients in the furniture sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts such as architects interior designers real estate developers and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat and long-term business.

Identify client needs and offer customized furniture solutions aligned with brand capabilities.

Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment and after-sales service.

Coordinate with design production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketingor related field.

3-7 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales preferably in the furniture/interior solutions industry.

Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
