- Focus on reducing incidents/complaints in battery foil effective complaint management through RCA and CAPA.

- Ensure the plants processes and systems are compliant with IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 / ISO 14001 standards and help prepare for successful certification audits.
- Lead the customer audits and oversee implementation of corrective action plans for early closure to ensure compliance with specific customer requirements and industry standards.

Documentation | - Lead the preparation & submission of APQP & PPAP documentation and PSW approvals with the customers.
- Filling-up Supplier qualification questionnaires self-assessment audits.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive system & product level quality documentation.
