Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
- Processing direct to patient orders returns and scheduling agreements.
- Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via SAP CIC.
- Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
- Tracing shipments interacting with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries take place.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent);
- Proficiency in using M.S. Office Outlook Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools;
- Detailed-oriented and quality-focused;
- Adapting well to dynamic work environment;
- Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
- Ability to work under time constraints
Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP (ECC CIC) as well as prior involvement in the Customer Service area.
