Position Details

Shift: Friday-Sunday 17:45 06:15 (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care implement and monitor individualized care plans.
Accurately monitor record and communicate patient conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and effectively.
Assess plan and facilitate safe patient discharges with the care team.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
Strong critical thinking communication and patient care skills.
Traveler RN experience preferred.
