Herrin Hospital Endoscopy 13 weeks 6:30 am-5:00pm- Monday-Friday on call required. Available OT On call requirements- up to 2 week nights and 2 weekend days of call 45 min call back time. Float to other facilities within the organization when needed. Experience- Endoscopy proficient with the following procedures- colon egd ERCP peg tube bronch esophageal stent and pain procedures. Able to perform moderate sedation EPIC charting able to admit and discharge in the perioperative area. Your Career. Our Company. Together We Grow. Assess patients to determine mental physical and spiritual needs. Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person. Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Licenses and Certification Current Illinois Registered Nurse license Current CPR/BLS Card
