- Estimate Pay: $23.80 - $28.89/hour
- Type of Employment: 40 hours per week.
- Period of Performance: 25 September 2025 to 24 October 2029

- Paid Time Off per Year: Up to 80 hours per year occurring on day one.

Working Hours
Work will be scheduled generally from 08:00 a.m. to 1630 p.m. Monday through Friday. However there may be times when employees must work outside of duty hours and/or on weekends to support specific tasks. Although the schedule may have to be flexible it will not exceed 40 hours per week.
Summary:
The Marketing Information Technician & Outreach Specialist serves as a key communicator and technical liaison for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) supporting prevention education and intervention efforts to reduce family violence and promote resilience among Army families. This role blends strategic outreach digital communications and data-driven engagement to amplify program visibility and impact across the installation and surrounding communities.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Have a bachelors degree in any field.
- Working knowledge of basic photography and operation of Nikon 5000 and Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi cameras or similar technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher and Outlook).
- Demonstrate Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
- Possess basic communication skills suitable for a professional environment.
- Be able to speak write and understand the English language fluently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with some data analysis/processing aspects including data presentation and will assist FAP with all marketing to Fort Bragg and the surrounding community.
- Assist with general Information Technology (IT) support services including preparation of technology for staff troubleshooting IT issues and following internal SOP guidance for IT issues.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote FAP services events and prevention campaigns
- Coordinate with installation units schools chaplains and community partners to expand program reach
- Represent FAP at community events briefings and command-level meetings
- Marketing & Communications
- Design and distribute promotional materials (flyers newsletters digital content) aligned with Army branding standards
- Manage FAPs social media presence and update ACS web pages with timely relevant content
- Track engagement metrics and adjust outreach strategies based on analytics
- Information Technology Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot FAPs digital systems including client databases scheduling tools and virtual platforms
- Support virtual training sessions and webinars ensuring accessibility and technical quality
- Be able to lift boxes and materials of up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Provide other services as needed to support the operations of the Army Family Advocacy staff.
