An experienced Residential Property Manager is required to assist in the management of a residential lettings portfolio in the Hampton Hill / Twickenham area. This role offers career development within a leading Lettings agency with an excellent local reputation.
Our client a highly successful independent company with multiple branches in the local area is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager. You will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio ensuring smooth operations and maintaining exceptional customer service standards for landlords and tenants.
The role requires strong organisational skills excellent communication and confidence in handling clients tenants suppliers and contractors. An ARLA qualification would be advantageous and owning a car is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company that values professionalism and offers career progression.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
- Serving notices and managing tenancy renewals where required
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Prioritising workload effectively in a busy environment
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in property management
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
- ARLA qualification (desirable)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure
- Local knowledge of Hampton Hill and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Professional customer-focused attitude
