Job Requirements
Lauterbach & Amen LLP is searching for an Administrative Associate with 0-3 years experience to service our Actuary team out of the Naperville office.
Essential job duties:
- Daily workflow deadline and project management
- Prepare print bind board meeting packets
- Scheduling of board meetings
- Engagement letter preparation
- Prepare and review proposals for prospective clients
- Conduct market research to provide industry benchmarking reports and analysis
- Assist in proposal tracking new client tracking and new client onboarding process
- Monthly accounts receivable follow-up via email
- Monthly/weekly report generation from L&A systems for billing workflow etc.
- Ancillary client communication field phone calls from clients
- In-office role
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field of study
- 0-3 years experience in a professional environment
- Ability to occasionally work hours outside of normal business hours to attend events/trainings
- Strong verbal & written communication abilities
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi task establish priorities & organize efficiently
- Highly motivated self-starter
