This is a remote position.
We are looking for an outgoing customer service associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift proficient and friendly manner. The customer service associate will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues and by communicating in a professional positive manner. You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers navigating computers and typing call documentation simultaneously. You will be able to gain customer confidence swiftly and trust.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
