We are a thriving private outpatient practice in the heart of Wilmington NC specializing in helping individuals couples families and teens navigate anxiety trauma and depression with expert care. Were looking for a passionate LCSWA Therapist to join our growing team!

What Youll Be Doing
- Conducting intakes biopsychosocial assessments and creating personalized treatment plans.
- Using evidence-based approaches to help clients reach their goals.
- Completing documentation (we aim for stress-free 24-hour progress notes!).
- Attending team meetings and case consultations.
- Representing Evolution Wellness with professionalismin the office and online.
Your Ideal Schedule
Full-time clinicians maintain a balanced caseload of 25 clients per weekengaging yet sustainable.
What You Bring
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- Current North Carolina LCSWA license
- At least one year of postgraduate experience
- A commitment to growth collaboration and providing top-notch care
